SriDaF is a lively network of German language teaching professionals in Sri Lanka. It is a space where teachers come together, share experiences, and support one another in making the teaching and learning of German more enriching and enjoyable.
In close collaboration with the Goethe-Institut, our network has encouraged many positive developments in the way language education is valued and promoted in the country. With regular dialogue and cooperation, we continue to strengthen the place of German language teaching and open new pathways for growth.

SriDaF is a community of passionate teachers and educators who believe in learning together and supporting one another. Most of them are government school teachers, university lecturers, and professionals from the Goethe-Institut. They volunteer their time and energy because they care deeply about improving German language education in Sri Lanka.
They come from every part of the country, bringing their own ideas, strengths, and stories. Whether from the North, South, East, West, or Central regions, each member represents their province with pride and purpose. Together they form a strong and friendly network that connects classrooms and communities.
At the heart of SriDaF is a simple belief: when teachers grow together, students everywhere benefit.
